The Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) 6 Week Group provides a combination of education, skill building and group discussion format. The group is intended to provide an in-depth understanding of how emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal communication can improve our lives.
The DBT 6 week group is not profession specific and may include members from other professional designations. However, no civilians will be permitted to participate attending the group.
Groups are in the evening and held once per week for 1.5 hours per night.
