Our 90-Day Intensive Outpatient Group Program is our flagship program and specifically designed for Uniformed Personnel and First Responders with complex Occupational Stress Injuries. It encompasses education, normalization, coping skills, emotional-impact processing, and improving functional recovery for individuals who are struggling with the emotional and psychological impact of an Occupational Stress Injury.
Unlike other group programs, ours are “profession-specific.” This means that Military will only have other Military members in their group and the same for Police, Fire, Paramedic, etc.. This is termed “Cultural Competence” and is important because of the unique differences between each service.

These therapies may be included as First Line, Second Line or adjunct therapies as required through assessment and treatment planning. Some of these therapies are only provided individually and not in a group format.
