All of our Services have been designed from recent research which indicates that 1 in 2 (50%) of Uniformed Personnel and First Responders require some support services. As a well understood result from the nature of the job 50% of Uniformed Personnel and First Responders will require some level of support over the span of their career.
For some prevention, education, peer support and other preventative and supportive measures may be enough to manage the stresses of the job. For others, the stress of the job can impact their families, their health and their general well being. Therapeutic services may be needed for the member and their families.
Of the 50%, only 2 to 3% ever access support services. 9% of Uniformed Personnel and First Responders meet the criteria for PTSD. Our Mission is to get the 50% of Uniformed Personnel and First Responders the support they need, when they need it.
